Part II: User Service Agreement (Global Compliance Upgrade)

This agreement governs your use of all ByteCore Digital Lab applications and related services distributed globally via App Store, Google Play, and other compliant channels.

This User Service Agreement is entered into between our professional mobile app R&D team ("we", "our team") and you ("user", "you"), and applies to all your behaviors when using our application products and related services globally. Products may be distributed through App Store, Google Play, and other compliant channels. This agreement is adapted to global legal frameworks, application distribution policies, and monetization platform requirements.

I. Agreement General Rules

1.1 Agreement Scope

This agreement is the legal agreement between us and you regarding usage of all application products and services (collectively "Services"). It applies globally and aligns with App Store/Google Play terms, monetization platform rules, and applicable laws including but not limited to cybersecurity, e-commerce, and consumer protection requirements in relevant jurisdictions.

1.2 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any Application Product, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this User Service Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and additional in-app rules (including ad rules and in-app purchase rules). If you do not agree with any provision, do not download, install, or use the product.

1.3 Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement based on legal updates, platform policy changes, monetization partner requirements, service optimization, or regulatory developments. Updates will be announced by popup, push notification, or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

II. Service Content and Scope

2.1 Core Services

We provide complete functional services for local utility and efficiency scenarios and continuously optimize stability, fluency, and quality.

2.2 Monetization-Related Services

  • IAA Advertising Services: compliant ad display such as app open ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and rewarded video ads. Ad content is supplied by compliant third-party platforms and subject to review under legal and store policy requirements. Users may have ad personalization controls where required; disabling certain ad behaviors may affect availability of some free features.
  • IAP Services: paid features and value-added services (for example premium feature unlock, ad removal, extended storage). Purchases are processed through App Store/Google Play or relevant compliant channels. Payment and refunds follow the corresponding platform policy framework. We do not directly process sensitive card credentials where official billing channels are required.

2.3 Additional Services

Additional services may include customer support, issue troubleshooting, version updates, feature optimization, and product usage guidance.

2.4 Service Limitations

We may temporarily restrict or suspend part of Services due to server load, abnormal user behavior, compliance checks, legal obligations, or regional policy constraints. We will notify users where reasonably possible and protect legitimate interests accordingly.

III. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

  • Use all compliant Services under this agreement and applicable rules
  • Provide product/service suggestions and feedback
  • Enjoy privacy and security safeguards promised by policy and law
  • Apply for in-app purchase refunds under platform rules where eligible
  • Delete account and uninstall product to terminate usage

3.2 User Obligations

  • Comply with this agreement, privacy policy, platform rules, and applicable law
  • Do not use the product for fraud, abuse, unlawful content dissemination, rights infringement, or service disruption
  • Do not tamper with code, crack permissions, bypass security/payment controls, or use prohibited scripts/plugins
  • Safeguard account and device security and report account theft/device loss promptly
  • Provide true and complete information when you choose to provide personal information
  • Minor users must use the product under guardian consent where required by law
  • Do not transfer, lease, or sublicense service access for unauthorized commercial use

IV. Our Rights and Obligations

4.1 Our Rights

  • Provide, optimize, update, add, remove, or adjust product functions based on compliance and product needs
  • Monitor and audit user behavior and take warning/restriction/termination/account deletion measures for violations
  • Process personal information within the scope and purpose defined by this agreement and privacy policy
  • Display ads in product (IAA) and set/adjust IAP pricing and content with appropriate notice
  • Temporarily suspend or terminate some/all services for force majeure, incidents, or regulatory requirements
  • Pursue legal action against serious violations and cooperate with investigations

4.2 Our Obligations

  • Provide stable, compliant, and quality service with best effort operation continuity
  • Protect personal information under global privacy and data security obligations
  • Review third-party ad content and remove non-compliant ads promptly
  • Assist users with eligible IAP refund requests under store policies
  • Provide support channels and respond to consultation/complaints in committed timelines
  • Continuously update versions to fix vulnerabilities and improve experience
  • Clearly disclose product capabilities, service scope, monetization model, and policy terms
  • Accept lawful supervision and complete rectification when required

V. Monetization Supplement Clauses (IAA + IAP)

5.1 IAA Advertising Monetization Clauses

  • Ad Sources: compliant global ad/mediation partners may include Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, ironSource, Mintegral, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Chartboost, Pangle, InMobi, Smaato, Verve Group, DT Exchange (Fyber), and regionally lawful partners.
  • Ad Display Forms: app open, rewarded video, interstitial, banner, and other policy-compliant forms.
  • Ad Data Handling: ad view/click/performance data may be processed by partners for optimization and anti-fraud according to partner policy and law; we enforce scope constraints and minimum-necessary principles.
  • Ad Responsibility: if ad content is illegal, deceptive, or non-compliant, relevant third-party providers/advertisers bear corresponding liabilities; we will assist user rights protection and remove violating ads.

5.2 IAP Clauses

  • Purchase Process: processed via official store channels where required; users follow store billing and account requirements.
  • Price and Validity: clearly shown in product; may vary by region, currency, and promotion. Material adjustments will be disclosed in advance where required.
  • Refund Rules: governed by App Store/Google Play or corresponding platform official refund policies. We assist with submission and verification support.
  • Paid Entitlement Protection: once purchase is successful, we protect your entitlement in validity period. If unavailable due to product fault, we will fix promptly and may extend entitlement duration or assist refund according to facts.

VI. Service Suspension and Termination

6.1 Service Suspension

We may suspend part or all services for maintenance, system upgrades, compliance checks, force majeure, or regulatory reasons. We will notify users by popup/push/in-app announcement where reasonably possible and aim to minimize interruption.

6.2 Service Termination

  • You may terminate service at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting your account.
  • We may terminate service and remove account/data for serious violations of agreement, policy, law, or platform rules.
  • If services are terminated due to product discontinuation, legal changes, or regulatory requirements, we will generally provide advance notice (for example 30 days where feasible) and handle data and unused paid entitlements according to law/policy.

VII. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property of our app products/services (including code, interface design, logos, texts, and functional algorithms) belongs to us unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable IP laws.

7.2 User Content Rights

Content generated by users in the app remains owned by users. You grant us a limited, necessary license for service provision and product optimization purposes only, without unauthorized privacy disclosure or unrelated commercialization.

7.3 Prohibition of Infringement

Users may not use our products to infringe third-party IP rights. Violations may trigger service termination and legal liability.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict rules), unless mandatory local law grants stronger user protections.

8.2 Resolution Mechanism

Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, either party may submit litigation to a court with jurisdiction at our location, subject to mandatory local consumer law requirements.

8.3 Continuing Validity

During dispute resolution, clauses not directly disputed remain valid and enforceable.

IX. Other Clauses

9.1 Partial Invalidity

If any provision is held invalid, voidable, or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

9.2 Non-Waiver

Failure or delay to exercise rights does not constitute waiver and does not affect future exercise.

9.3 Notice and Communication

Notices may be delivered through in-app announcements, push messages, or support channels, and are deemed delivered upon lawful dispatch.

9.4 Effectiveness and Termination

This agreement takes effect from the date you download, install, or use our products. After you stop using products and complete account deletion, this agreement terminates, except surviving clauses (including data retention/disclaimer related clauses) that continue according to law.
